摘 要:简述电梯钢丝绳执行强度级别现状,直径10 mm曳引钢丝绳已成为电梯设计的主流,采用直径8 mm曳引钢丝绳的比例也在逐年增加。针对电梯曳引钢丝绳、曳引轮绳槽表面硬度对曳引力大小及摩擦副磨损的影响,通过多种表面处理技术(表面淬火、热喷涂、热堆焊)提高曳引轮绳槽的表面硬度(HRC值达到58~63),使其与1 770或1 960 MPa强度级别制绳钢丝表面硬度相匹配。严格按照《电梯制造与安装安全规范》中的电梯应满足的曳引条件设计选用电梯曳引钢丝绳,并借助如电梯钢丝绳专用无损探伤仪等对钢丝绳状况进行监测。提出高强度电梯曳引钢丝绳可以使用钢帘线用盘条制造的学术观点。To introduce the executing present situation of strength grade of wire rope for lift. Diameter 10 mm traction rope is main trend of lift design, the proportion of adopting diameter 8 mm traction rope has been increasing with years. Aiming at the influence of lift traction wire rope, surface hardness of traction sheave rope groove on traction force and friction pair wearing, surface hardness( HRC value reaches from 58 to 63) of traction sheave rope groove can be increased through a lot of surface treatment technology such as surface hardening, thermal spraying, thermal surfacing, which matches with surface hardness of 1 770 MPa or 1 960 MPa grade steel wire for rope. Wire rope for traction drive lift is selected according to traction design condition satisfied by lift in Safety rules for the construction and installation of electric lifts strictly, wire rope condition is monitored by using non-destructive flaw detector special purpose for lift wire rope. The academic perspective of high strength lift traction drive wire rope produced by wire rod for steel cord is put forth.
