摘　　要：分析了非战争军事行动装备保障指挥的特点与要求，明确了非战争军事行动装备保障指挥的基本原则，提出提高装备保障指挥能力的几点建议：一是建立装备保障预案体系；二是把装备保障指挥训练纳入装备保障训练体系；三是加强装备保障指挥手段建设；四是完善装备保障指挥各种机制。The paper analyzes the characteristics and requirements of equipment support command of military operations other than war, and it defines basic principles of equipment support command of military operations other than war, in the end, some advice of improving equipment support command capability are proposed： firstly preliminary schemes system of equipment support should be constituted; secondly the training of equipment support command should be brought into equipment support training system; thirdly instrument construction of equipment support command should be enhanced; finally various mechanisms of equipment support command should be improved.
