摘　　要：机场的飞行场务保障装备管理诸要素构成一个完整的系统，其运行中的诸多问题需要运用系统论的原理思考、分析、解决。系统论的整体性原理、层次性原理、开放性原理、发展性原理等基本原理在场务装备管理系统中均有一定体现。在用系统原理对场务装备管理系统进行综合分析的基础上，提出一系列基于系统原理的管理方法，以便加强系统论在场务装备管理工作中的应用。Constituent elements of flight airfield service support equipment management make up an integrated system, in which many problems should be thought out, analyzed and treated with system theory. Fundamental principles of system theory, such as integrative principle, hierarchy principle, opening principle and developmental principle, manifest their characters in the system of airfield service equipment management. By analyzing the system synthetically with these principles, a series of managing measures based on system theory is put forward in order to reinforce the applying of system theory in airfield service equipment management.
