摘　　要：为了用电设备的安全,设计了基于嵌入式处理器的剩余电流保护装置动作特性测试仪,对SEP4020的SoC(片上系统)了优化处理,实现人机图形界面以及测试数据的采集、显示、存储与数据处理的智能化。设计结果表明:该测试仪性能稳定、数据处理速度快、测量精度高。To protect the electronic device,the tester of current protective devices based on the embed processor was designed and SEP4020 SoC was optimized.The man-machine graphical interface function and test data gathering,demonstration,storage and intellectualization were implemented.The design result shows that the device is characterized by stable performance,high data processing speed and accurate meterage.
