摘  要:采用马鞍山钢铁集团钢渣公司的钢渣取代部分土配制成二灰钢渣土,通过正交试验方法研究了影响二灰钢渣土抗压强度形成的因素,并探寻最佳配合比。试验结果表明:石灰掺量对二灰钢渣土的早期抗压强度起主导作用,石灰掺量为9%、粉煤灰掺量为20%、钢渣掺量为30%的配合比7天和28天抗压强度最高。而粉煤灰掺量对二灰钢渣土的后期抗压强度起主导作用,石灰掺量为9%、粉煤灰掺量为50%、钢渣掺量为30%的配合比90天抗压强度最高。The factors are analyzed which effect the strength of lime-fly ash stabilization soil mixed with steelmaking slag made in Maanshan Steel Group,and optimal mix is determined by orthogonal experiment design.The lime is the main factor to influence the strength of lime-fly ash stabilization soil mixed with steelmaking slag in the early age.When the lime content is about 9%,the fly ash content about 20% and the steelmaking slag content about 30% in the mixture,this formula has the highest 7-day and 28-day compression strength.The fly ash is the main factor to influence the strength of this mixture in the long age.When the lime content is about 9%,the fly ash content about 50% and the steelmaking slag content about 30% in the mixture,this formula has the highest 90-day compression strength.
