摘　　要：Weibull分布是可靠性系统常用的分布之一,它主要应用于电子元件、设备等产品使用寿命的研究.通过对Weibull分布常用的性质进行讨论,导出了某些服从Weibull分布随机变量的函数的数字特征.Weibull distribution is one of the commonly used distributions in system reliability,and it is mainly used in the research of the life of electronic components devices.Through the discussion of common properties of Weibull distribution,the article derives the numerical characteristics of the functions of random variable following certain Weibull distribution.
