示波滴定法测定饲料中磷含量的研究

摘　　要：示波滴定是判断滴定终点的一种新方法。饲料样品分解后，用Ｐｂ２＋滴定ＰＯ３４，在滴定终点示波器萤光屏上出现灵敏的Ｐｂ２＋离子切口，终点比常规方法更直观、灵敏。用这种方法测定，结果与对照值一致，准确度和精密度较好，它是饲料中含磷量测定的很好方法。Oscillographic titration is a new method for end point indication.At the end-point of titration,a sensitive incision of Pb 2 ion on the screen of oscillograph appears.With decomposed the feedstuffs sample,PO 3 4 was determined by Pb 2+ solution titration.The end-point was directly visual and sensitive much better than conventional method.The data obtained fit well with the reference values.The method showed very good accuracy and precision.It is a good method for determination of phosphorus in feedstuffs.
