摘　　要：介绍了一款化妆品内盖注塑模设计。该模塑件大部分胶位在定模部分，而且定模部分还存在例扣，开模时模件容易粘附在定模一侧，从而造成塑件脱模障碍，模具采用定模二次脱模及强件脱模结构，很巧妙的解决了这个问题，对模具设计同行具有一定的参考作用。This paper describes a cosmetic cover within the injection mold design. The majority of plastic molded parts located in the fixed mold part, and scheduled to die some still upside down, mold plastic parts easily adhere to the time scheduled to die on one side, causing plastic parts stripping obstacles. Mold with mold release and imposed fixed mold ejection of secondary structure, very clever solution to this problem, the mold design has some reference counterparts.
