摘　　要：利用新贸易理论的产业内贸易模型，从一体化组织内各成员国福利效应的视角，对为什么由发达国家组成的一体化组织均很成功，而发展中国家的一体化组织不甚成功这一现象，从理论上做出解释．本文的研究支持了发展中国家的区域经济一体化要慎行的论点，但并不否定发展中国家区域经济一体化的努力，关键是区域经济一体化不能影响全球多边贸易体制作用的发挥，否则对发展中国家而言得不偿失．By using models of new trade theory for reference and suitable amendment having been made,the welfare effects of regional economic integration of developed and developing countries are studied comparatively,so that the reason can be found that why the regional economic integration organizations of developed are successful and the developing countries are not successful.
