摘　　要：社会工作是企业工会工作的重要组成部分,在西方发达国家的劳工服务中扮演着不可替代的角色,具有解决劳工及其家属问题、处理劳资纠纷,促进劳动福利政策,以及构建和谐企业等多种功能。我国企业社会工作的发展尚处于起步阶段,还有诸多需要努力的方面.包括完善相关社会政策、开展有效服务项目、提高服务质量、修正教育模式以及探索中国特色等。As one of the important practical domains of enterprise union work,social work is acting the role which can not be substituted in the employee welfare management in the western developed country,including solving many labor and its familie＇s problems,processing labor-employer dispute,promoting work welfare policy and building harmonious enterprise.At present,the development of enterprise social work in Chinese is at the start stage,and many aspects need to be improved,including consummating the social policy,carrying on service program,enhancing the service quality,revising the education pattern,exploring Chinese indigenous characteristic and so on.
