汉麻/棉喷气涡流纱的生产工艺及性能分析

摘　　要：探讨了汉麻/棉60/40 37 tex双组分喷气涡流纱的纺纱工艺,对其成纱强度、毛羽、耐磨性和吸湿性作了测试,并与涤/棉喷气涡流纱、纯棉喷气涡流纱和纯棉环锭纱作了对比分析。结果表明,喷气涡流纱断裂强度较低,但毛羽少,耐磨性和吸湿性较好。The spinning process of hemp/cotton 60/40 37tex air-jet vortex yarn was discussed.The yarn strength,hairiness,wear resistance and hygroscopicity were tested and compared with other yarns such as polyester/cotton air-jet vortex yarn,cotton air-jet vortex yarn and cotton ring yarn.The results showed that the air-jet vortex yarn tenacity was lower,but its hairiness,wear resistance and wettability were better.
