摘　　要：本文对市场经济条件下群众体育锻炼价值进行探讨,为群众在市场经济条件下,进一步加深体育大众化的认识提供了新的概念,促进群众养成体育锻炼行为的趋向.In this paper,under the conditions of market economy,to explore the values of mass sports for the masses in the market economy conditions,further deepen the understanding of popular sports provides a new concept,the promotion of physical activity behavior of the masses tend to develop.
