摘 要:利用循环伏安法研究了酚磺乙胺(DIC)在玻碳电极(GCE)上的直接电化学行为,并详细讨论了DIC的定量分析条件.实验表明,在0.26mol/LHCl-KNO3(pH=0.8)体系中,DIC的浓度在3.7×10-5~2.4×10-3mol/L范围内与氧化峰电流呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程和线性相关系数分别为:ipc(μA)=-2.86×104CDIC(mol/L)-2.14,CR=0.9992,检测限可达5.3×10-6mol/L.样品回收率在94.4﹪~103.5﹪之间,完全满足微量分析要求.The direct electrochemical behavior of Etamsylate(DIC) in glassy carbon electrode(GCE) was studied using cyclic voltammetry,and the conditions of quantitative analysis of DIC were discussed.Results showed that in the system of 0.26 mol/L HCl-KNO3(pH=0.8) solution,the peak current was proportional to the concentration of DIC and a good linear relation from 3.7×10-5 to 2.4×10-3mol/L.And the linear equation and the linear correlation coefficient respectively were ipc(μA)=-2.86×10-6C DIC(mol/L)-2.14,and CR=0.999 2 respectively.The detection limit was 5.3×10-6 mol/L.The recovery rate was between 94.4﹪~103.5﹪.It completely satisfied the request of microanalysis.
