摘 要:可编程控制器(简称PLC)广泛应用于社会生产各个行业,因此保证其工作的可靠性就显得尤为重要.通过对PLC控制系统在工业现场控制中存在的干扰因素的分析,提出了采用多级电源滤波器、根据IEC规定特别强调电源线和信号线宜在同一通道内布线、合理接地、外部隔离等电路设计方法以及软件编程等措施,提高PLC控制系统的抗干扰能力.并经生产现场证明这些方法对确保PLC控制系统的可靠运行是行之有效的.The programmable controller(i.e.PLC) widely applies in social product each profession,Therefore the guarantee its work's reliability appears especially important.Through to the PLC control system the disturbance factor analysis which exists in the industry scene control,Proposed uses the multistage power source filter,to stress the power line and the holding wire specially according to the IEC stipulation suitably in the identical channel wiring,reasonable earth,exterior isolation measures and so on and so on circuit design methods as well as software programming,Sharpens the PLC control system's antijamming ability.And after produces the scene to prove that these methods to guaranteed the PLC control system's reliability service is effective.
