摘 要:选用山东电力用煤,通过将贫煤与不同煤种进行两两掺混,利用管式炉等设备进行燃烧试验,由烟气分析仪测得烟气中所含NO浓度并记录处理数据,分析氧体积分数、温度对贫煤与不同煤种混烧时NO排放特性的影响规律。结果表明:随氧体积分数的增大,NO排放曲线呈现第一峰值增大且出现时刻提前、总排放量增大、总排放时间明显缩短的趋势。贫煤与褐煤混烧时选择合适的燃烧温度对NO排放有一定的抑制作用;与烟煤、无烟煤混烧时不同温度下NO总排放时间和总排放量接近。The coals used in electric power plants of Shandong Province were chosen for combustion experiments, which were carried out with a tube furnace by mixing the lean coal with different coals, then the NO emission characteristics were analyzed under different oxygen volume fractions and different temperatures. The results showed that as the oxygen volume fraction is increased, the first peak of NO increased and appeared earlier, and the total emission amount increased and total emission time decreased. When lean coal was blended with lignite coal, there was inhibition of NO under a proper combustion temperature, but while blended with bituminous coal and anthracite coal, the total emission amounts of NO were close to each other under different temperatures, as was the total emission time.
