摘 要:针对DDNP废水难于被微生物降解的特征,采用聚合氯化铝(PAC)对DDNP废水进行混凝预处理,考察了废水pH值、PAC投加量及混凝时间等因素对COD去除率、色度去除率的影响.通过正交实验对影响DDNP废水混凝效果的各因素进行了研究,得出了优化的处理工艺,用单因素实验验证了最佳的工艺条件.实验结果表明,在常温下,pH值为6.0,PAC投加量为7.5 g/L,混凝时间为4 h时,对DDNP废水处理得到较为满意的效果,COD的去除率为50.96%,色度去除率为80%.For the DDNP wastewater has hard - microbiodegradable characteristic, PAC coagulation process has been used for pretreating. The effects of the dosage of PAC, the pH values of the wastewater, the coagulation time, etc. on the removal rate of COD and color were investigated. The factors that affect the coagulation of DDNP wastewater were studied through orthogonal experiment. And the optimum reaction conditions were determined. The single -factor experiments were used to verify the optimum reaction conditions. The results showed that: the satisfied effect of DDNP wastewater treatment was acquired at normal temperature under the condition that the pH value was 6.0, the dosage of PAC was 7.5 g/L, the coagulation time was 4 h. And the removal rate of COD reached 50.96% , the removal rate of color reached 80%.
