纺织企业安全管理存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：纺织工业是我国传统、重要的行业。纺织企业大多是以多机台、多工序、长流程、流水作业及连续性大协作生产方式进行生产的,其分工复杂,从业人员多而杂,轮班制作业,劳动强度大,作业环境差,安全生产管理任务繁重,安全生产形势日趋严峻,因此,提高其安全生产管理水平已刻不容缓。该文通过对湖南省部分纺织企业改制后的安全管理现状进行跟踪调查,对发生的事故进行了认真剖析,分析其安全管理存在的主要问题,有针对性从四个方面提出了安全管理对策。The textile industry is one of traditional and vital industries in our country.Most textile mills use the mode of production which is multi-machine,multiple operations,tact system and continuous cooperation.The complicated interpretation of the labor division,the numerous and complex practitioners,a rotation system,great worker＇s labor intensity and bad work conditions caused arduous task of safety management and worsening production safety situation.So it admits of no delay to enhance the safety production management level.Based on the tracking survey of the new-made safety management status in some textile mills in Hunan,the existry accidents were analyzed,the main problems of safety management were found and the corresponding countermeasures of safety management were presented from four aspects.
