摘  要:渤南油田沙三段储层物性差、渗透率低,投产后自然产能低。为了提高压裂井增油效果和效益,针对开发后期油藏平面及层间水淹状况和剩余油分布特征,开展了压裂配套技术改进和优化设计,通过压裂液、支撑剂材料及用量优化、压裂设计模拟技术、粉陶降滤技术、高砂比压裂技术和控缝高压裂技术的应用,取得显著成效,老井压裂后平均单井日增油量7.7t,累计增油1596t。压裂技术的改进及优化,对提高渤南油田压裂效果和原油采收率具有重要意义,对其它低渗透油藏具有指导借鉴作用。In Bonan oilfield the 3rd formation of Shahejie formation,the physical property is poor,permeability is low,natural production capacity is low.In order to improve fracturing well incremental oil effect and efficiency,aiming at late stage reservoir plane and interlayer instaurate status and the characteristics of remaining oil distribution,it has been carried out the fracturing supporting technical improvement and optimization design.The application of the fracturing fluid,support agent materials and dosage optimization,fracturing design simulation technology,powder ceramic filter technology,high sand ratio fracturing technology and control sewing high fracturing technology has achieved remarkable results:average single well increase 7.7 t oil daily after old well fracturing,cumulative increased oil 1 596 t.Fracturing technology improvement and optimization has important significance to improve the Bonan oilfields fracturing effect and crude oil recovery rate and provided instructive reference to other low permeability reservoir.
