十全大补汤对小鼠Lewis肺癌转移及肿瘤细胞周期的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨十全大补汤对小鼠肺癌转移、肿瘤细胞周期的影响。方法:50只C57BL/6小鼠接种Lewis肺癌瘤株,随机分为5组,给予不同浓度的十全大补汤进行干预,15天后处死小鼠,镜下计数小鼠肺表面转移结节数、采用流式细胞光度术(FCM)对各组肿瘤细胞周期进行检测。结果:十全大补汤低、中、高剂量组均可抑制转移灶,阻滞肿瘤细胞在G0/G1期,下调S期比例,以中剂量组明显,与模型组比较有统计学意义。结论:十全大补汤抗肿瘤转移机制可能与阻滞细胞在G1期,使S期细胞减少有关。Objective：To discuss the effect of the Shiquan Dabu decoction on mouse lung cancer metastasis and tumor cell cycle.Methods：The 50 mice of C57BL/6 divided into five groups after vaccinated Lewis lung cancer lump,and intragastrie administration with the different density SQDB decoction.After 15 days,take count of the lung node through a microscope and detect tumor cell cycle.Results：Compared with model group,the SQDB decoction can inhibit mouse lung cancer metastasis and retard tumor cell cycle.Conclusion：In the process of inhibiting tumor＇s growth,the SQDB decoction can inhibit mouse Lung cancer metastasis and retard tumor cell cycle.
