针刺配合认知行为疗法干预青少年网络成瘾的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺、认知行为疗法以及二者相结合对青少年网络成瘾的临床干预效果,探索一种有效的网络成瘾治疗方法。方法:运用Kimberly S.Young网络成瘾量表和CIAS-R修订版量表筛选出网络成瘾者60人随机分为A、B、C3组,每组6人,分别施以认知行为疗法、针刺疗法、针刺配合认知行为疗法治疗6周,在治疗前后运用SCL-90评价治疗效果,并观察临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,A、B、C3组治疗后SCL-90各相关因子均有显著变化(P<0.01);与常模比较,A组SCL-90各因子均有显著性差异(P<0.01);B组与常模比较,躯体化、强迫、人际关系、偏执因子有显著性差异(P<0.01),其余各项无显著性差异(P>0.05);C组与常模比较,偏执有显著差异(P<0.01),其余因子均无显著差异(P>0.05),表明各项症状基本恢复到正常人;A组与C组比较SCL-90各因子有显著差异(P<0.01);B组与C组比较除强迫因子有显著差异(P<0.01),其余各因子均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:针刺配合行为疗法对于网络成瘾青少年的大部分症状有显著改善作用,经过科学干预基本可以使成瘾者躯体和精神症状恢复正常。Objective：To observe the effects of acupuncture,cognitive behavior therapy and the two in combination on youngsters with Internet Addiction Disorder.Methods：A total of 60 volunteers screened by Young＇s Internet Addiction Scales and CIAS-R were randomly and equally divided into three groups,group A,group B and group C,which were separately treated by acupuncture,cognitive behavior therapy or the two in combination for 6 weeks.The effects of the three therapy were evaluated by comparing the scores of SCL-90 pre and post treatment.Results：Scores of each factor in SCL-90 were significantly lower after treatment in three groups（P0.01）.Compared with norm,score of each factor was lower in group A（P0.01）;Scores of somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relationship and paranoia were significantly lower（P0.01） in group B;scores of paranoia were lower in group C（P0.01）.Compared with group C scores of SCL-90 were higher in group A（P0.01）;scores of compulsion were higher in group C（P0.01）.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with cognitive behavior therapy could effectively relieve youngsters of IAD symptoms.
