摘　　要：目的:探讨前列宁胶囊(QLNC)治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)过程中对炎症因子IL-10、TNF-α表达的影响。方法:将成年SD大鼠随机分为正常组,BPH模型组,保列治治疗组(0.5mg.kg-1.d-1),前列宁高、中、低治疗组(2.25g.kg-1.d-1、4.5g.kg-1.d-1、9g.kg-1.d-1),每组10只,采用去势后皮下注射丙酸睾酮法建立大鼠BPH模型(5mg.kg-1.d-1)。28天后观察各组大鼠前列腺湿重和体积、指数及病理形态学变化,RT-PCR法检测大鼠前列腺组织中IL-10、TNF-α表达情况。结果:QLNC组大鼠前列腺体积、指数较模型组明显减小,病理变化较模型组明显改善;RT-PCR显示QLNC能增强大鼠前列腺组织中IL-10表达,降低TNF-α表达。结论:QLNC能明显抑制大鼠前列腺组织增生,降低炎症因子TNF-α在前列腺组织中的表达,提高IL-10在前列腺组织中的表达,表明QLNC通过抑制炎症因子表达可能是治疗BPH的机制之一。Objective：The purpose of this study was to study the expression of Qianliening capsule（QLNC） on interleukin-10（IL-10） and tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） in benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） in rats induced by testosterone after castration.Methods：A total of 60 rats were equally divided into six groups： Group 1 was normal group;Group 2 was model group;Group 3 served as positive control group and treated with finasteride at a dose of 0.5 mg·kg-1·d-1g.;Group 4 to Group 6 animals were administered with QLNC at dose levels of 2.25g·kg-1·d-1 and 4.5g·kg-1·d-1 and 9g·kg-1·d-1;The drugs were administered orally each day for 28 days consecutively.The prostate weight,volume,prostatic index,histopathological changes and the expressions of IL-10 and TNF-α in prostate were examinated.Results：The prostate weight,volume,prostatic index,the histopathological changes induced by testosterone after castration were significantly reduced.RT-PCR examination revealed that the expressions of IL-10 were increased and TNF-α in prostate were inhibited by QLNC treatment.Conclusion： QLNC can inhibit BPH significantly,It is one of important mechanism in treating BPH through inhibiting inflammatory factors.
