实验大鼠常用经穴脏腑效应观察

摘　　要：目的:为了验证依据大鼠生物物理学特性检测出的穴位与所属脏腑具有相关性,观察了电针大鼠"内关"穴对血压和心率的影响;电针"上巨虚"对大肠蠕动的影响;电针"肾俞"穴对膀胱内压的影响;电针"三阴交"对肠系膜血流的影响。方法:分别记录造模前后或针刺前后大鼠各项生理指标的变化,分析针刺各经大鼠穴位对其所属脏腑效应的影响。结果:各项实验造模前后或针刺前后大鼠生理指标具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:依据大鼠生物物理学特性检测出的穴位具有循经性,可供动物实验用。Objective： To validate the relationships between internal organs and acupoint detected on the base biophysical properties of the rat,we observed effect of Electro-acupuncture at ＂Neiguan Point＂ on blood pressure and heart rate,at ＂Shangjuxu＂ on Peristalsis,effect of at ＂Shenshu＂ on intravesical pressure and at ＂Sanyinjiao＂ on intestinal mucosal blood flow of the Rat.Methods： Record the Physiological and biochemical changes of the rat with means of before-after contrast,analysis effect of acupuncture on channel and points-entrails effect.Results： The experiment show that there is significant difference pretherapy and post-treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion： There is Meridian Circulation on the acupoint detected on the base biophysical properties of the rat,it can be used to animal experiments.
