摘 要:开发有效的抗菌剂,以及使抗菌剂在更广阔的领域中得到应用,是我国今后在抗菌材料领域中面临的2个最主要的课题。金属配合物药物由于其独特的结构,已成为世界范围研究的热点。本文以不同配体为分类依据,对目前的抗菌金属配合物进行了现状分析,并且提出了对于抗菌金属配合物药物迫待解决的问题,展望了此类研究的发展趋势:(1)金属配合物药物药效绝大多数强于配体本身,原因不详。(2)利用天然产物的有效成分进行合成金属配合物,促进天然产物的开发利用,是今后抗菌配合物研究的方向之一。(3)抗菌机理尚在研究中。Two main issues of the field of antimicrobial materials in China in the future is development of effective antimicrobial agent and Application of antimicrobial agents in the wider area.Metal complexes drug has become a world-wide research focus because of.its unique structure.Based on the classification of different ligands,the progress analysis of anti-bacterial metal complexes and the processing problem resolved of antimicrobial drugs as well as their reaching trend in future are reviewed:(1) Majority of metal complex drug efficacy is stronger than ligand itself for unspecified reasons.(2) That metal complexes drugs were synthesized by the active ingredients of natural products to promote the development and utilization of natural products is future research directions of anti-bacterial complexes.(3) The antibacterial mechanism is still under study.
