外用积雪苷霜对FLAT-TOP技术调Q1064激光治疗顽固性黄褐斑术后作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:本研究在对顽固性黄褐斑开展皮肤生理功能测试的基础上,探索积雪苷霜对激光治疗顽固黄褐斑术后作用。方法:31例接受激光治疗的顽固性黄褐斑患者治疗1个疗程结束后,随机选取其中17例,左面部用积雪苷霜,右面部用雅漾修护保湿霜。监测用4周皮肤生理功能各项指标的数值的变化。结果:17例左面部用积雪苷霜,右面部用雅漾修护保湿霜的患者,治疗4周。TEWL的变化比较,治疗前后用积雪苷霜的部位和用修护保湿霜的部位TEWL的值明显下降,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。正常对照部位TEWL前后变化不大,差异无显著性。治疗前后用积雪苷霜的部位和用修护保湿霜的部位皮肤含水量明显升高,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。正常对照部位皮肤含水量前后变化不大,差异无显著性。黑色素量的变化比较治疗4周,治疗前后用积雪苷霜的部位和用修护保湿霜的部位黑色素量变化不大,差异无显著性。正常对照部位黑色素量前后变化不大,差异也无显著性。TEWL的比较:第12周正常组和积雪苷治疗组比较,P<0.05,差异有显著性;正常组和修护保湿霜治疗组比较,P<0.05,差异有显著性;积雪苷治疗组和修护保湿霜治疗组比较,P>0.05,差异无显著性。皮肤含水量比较:第12周正常组和积雪苷治疗组比较,P<0.05,差异有显著性;正常组和修护保湿霜治疗组比较,P<0.05,差异有显著性;积雪苷治疗组和修护保湿霜治疗组比较,P>0.05,差异无显著性。黑色素指数的比较:第12周正常组、积雪苷治疗组和修护保湿霜组之间均无差异。TEWL差值的比较:外涂积雪苷区的TEWL下降的值大于外涂AVENE修护保湿霜区的TEWL下降的值,P<0.05,差异有显著性。皮肤含水量差值的比较:外涂积雪苷区的皮肤含水量升高的值大于外涂AVENE修护保湿霜区的皮肤含水量升高的值,P<0.05,差异有显著性。黑色素指数差值的比较:外涂积雪苷区的黑色Objective： This study was carried out in the refractory melasma skin test on the basis of physiological functions.We explore the effect of Asiaticoside.Methods： The right cheeks of 17 cases were treated with Avene hydrating cream and left cheeks were treated with Asiaticoside.We monitor the change of percutaneous water loss（transepidermal water loss,TEWL） and skin pigmentation in12-week.Results： Patients of 17 cases were treated at 4-week intervals with Avene hydrating cream and Asiaticoside.The value of TEWL clearly decreased at 4-week intervals,there is significant difference.There is significant difference.Part of the TEWL in patients with normal values changed little difference was not significant difference.The value of Skin moisture clearly increased at 4-week intervals,there is significant difference.Part of the Skin moisture in patients with normal values changed little difference was not significant difference.The value of melanin changed little difference at 4-week intervals.That isn＇t significant differences in the AVENE hydrating cream,Asiaticoside and normal areas.Margin of TEWL in Asiaticoside area is greater than in the normal areas（P0.05）.The difference was significant.Margin of TEWL in Avene hydrating cream area is greater than in the normal areas（P0.05）.The difference was significant.There aren＇t significant differences in the AVENE hydrating cream and Asiaticoside area.Margin of Skin moisture in Asiaticoside area is less than in the normal areas（P0.05）.The difference was significant.Margin of Skin moisture in Avene hydrating cream area is less than in the normal areas（P0.05）.The difference was significant.There aren＇t significant differences in the AVENE hydrating cream and Asiaticoside area.Margin of melanin： Melanin in Asiaticoside area is greater than in the AVENE hydrating cream area（P0.05）.The difference was not significant.The D-value of TEWL： The D-value of TEWL in the Asiaticoside area is larger than in the AVENE hydrating cream area.The differenc
