维生素D内分泌系统与中医肾藏象学说关联的理论探讨

摘　　要：随着维生素D内分泌系统研究的深入,维生素D内分泌系统功能出现异常表现出典型中医肾虚症状:骨骼发育不良,肾素-血管紧张素系统激活,斑秃,耳鸣耳聋,生殖能力下降,免疫力下降,呼吸道上皮异常等,结合其他资料更进一步表明,维生素D内分泌系统在体内作用与中医肾藏象非常接近,为此,维生素D内分泌系统可能与中医肾藏象相关的假说,为中医藏象物质基础研究提供了一条新的途径,用现代医学理论进一步发展中医提供了可能。With the vitamin D endocrine system studies,when vitamin D endocrine system＇s function is abnormal showing the representative symptom of the kidney deficiency of traditional Chinese medicine.including Skeleton maldevelopment,alopecia,tinnitus and deaf,fecundity comes down,Immune low,active RAAS.We hypothesised there has hidden several pertinent function between vitamin D endocrine system and the kidney of TCM.The hypothesis may provid a new approach to further study the kidney theory of visceral of TCM.
