头体针联合药物治疗中风恢复期气虚血瘀型患者临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究头、体针联合药物治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法:将100例确诊为缺血性中风恢复期气虚血瘀证的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组采用头、体针联合药物治疗,对照组采用体针联合药物治疗。按要求治疗两个疗程后,根据患者临床症状、体征的变化,观察头、体针联合药物治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,体针联合药物组临床疗效评分较治疗前降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05),头、体针联合药物组疗效评分亦较治疗前明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.01),与体针联合药物组相比,头、体针联合药物组疗效更明显(P<0.01)。两组在神经功能缺损方面评分均较治疗前提高,有显著性差异(P<0.05),头、体针联合药物组提高更显著(P<0.01)。结论:通过本研究结果表明体针联合药物及头、体针联合药物均能改善缺血性中风恢复期气虚血瘀型患者的临床症状、体征的变化,也证明了应用针刺手段在治疗中风恢复期患者过程中头、体针联合应用的效果好于单纯体针疗法。Objective：By observing the clinical effect and neurologic impairment score of the patients who were diagnosed as convalescence of ischemic apoplexy of Deficiency of Qi and Blood stasis treated by Combination of scalp acupuncture and Body acupuncture with medicine（SBAM）.to observe the clinical effect of Combination of scalp acupuncture and Body acupuncture with medicine to treat ischemic apoplexy.Methods：100 cases who had been diagnosed as convalescence of ischemic apoplexy of Deficiency of Qi and Blood stasis were divided at random into two groups：control group（50 cases） of body acupuncture and medicine（BAM）and therapeutic group（50 cases） of Combination of scalp acupuncture and Body acupuncture with medicine（SBAM）.After 2 courses treatment.we observed the symptoms of hemorrheology.and discuss the effect of SBAM to treat convalescence of ischemic apoplexy.Results：Compared with that before treating.assessments of effect of BAM after treating were decreased（P0.05）,Compared with that before treating,assessments of effect of SBAM after treating were significantly decreased（P0.01）;Compared with BAM,the function of SBAM was more obvious,there was statistically significance（P0.01）.Conclusion：Our research has showed that Combination of SBAM can obviously improve the symptoms and the abnormity of hemorrheology of the patients who were diagnosed as convalescence of ischemic apoplexy,and affirmed the curative effect of scalp acupuncture and body acupunctrue than simple body acupuncture to treat ischemic apoplexy.
