窄谱中波紫外线结合止痒汤多塞平治疗老年瘙痒症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)结合止痒汤、多塞平治疗老年瘙痒症的疗效。方法:60例患者随机分成两组,治疗组34例,予窄谱中波紫外线照射同时口服中药止痒汤、多塞平;对照组26例,口服赛庚啶、氯雷他定。结果:治疗组痊愈率和复发率分别为88.2%和9.0%;对照组分别为61.5%和36.3%,两组差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:窄谱中波紫外线结合止痒汤、多塞平治疗老年瘙痒症的疗效满意,能明显降低复发率。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of narrow-band ultraviolet B（NB-UVB） combined with Zhiyang Decoction and Doxepin in treatment of Senile pruritus.Methods：60 patients with Senile pruritus were divided into two groups at random.Patients of the therapeutic group（n=34） were treated with NB-UVB combined with Zhiyang Decoction and Doxepin;Patients of the con-trol group（n=26） were treated with Cyproheptadine and loratadine.Results： The overall effective and recurrence rate of the therapeutic group were 88.2% and 9.0%,and those of the control group were 61.5% and 36.3%.there were significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion： NB-UVB combined with Zhiyang Decoction and Doxepin treatment on Senile Pruritus have a more satisfactory effect,and can significantly reduce relapse.
