38例小儿高热惊厥与血清钠、钙浓度关系的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨小儿高热惊厥与血清钠、钙浓度的关系。方法：对38例高热惊厥患儿血清钠、钙的浓度进行回顾性分析。结果：血清钠120-129 mmol/L 9例,130-135 mmol/L 4例;血清钙1.8-2.2 mmol/L 7例,1.7-1.75 mmol/L 3例。惊厥1次者25例,其中低钠者8例（32%）,低钙8例（32%）;≥2次惊厥者13例,其中低钠5例（38.5%）,低钙2例（15.6%）。惊厥持续时间：〈10 min 24例,其中低钠8例（33.3%）,低钙6例（25%）;≥10 min14例,低钠5例（35.7%）,低钙4例（28.6%）。结论：高热惊厥患儿合并血清钠、钙降低,并且惊厥次数越多或持续时间越长,则低钠越明显,而低钙者以首次惊厥者为多。因此,高热惊厥时应适当补钠、补钙以防止惊厥的反复发作。Objective： To discuss the relationship between febrile convulsion and the serum concentrations of sodium and calcium.Methods： The serum concentrations of sodium and calcium in 38 cases of children patients with febrile convulsion were analyzed retrospectively.Results： There were 8 cases with serum sodium of 120~129 mmol/L,4 cases of 130~135 mmol/L;7 cases with serum calcium of 1.8-2.2 mmol/L,3 cases of 1.7-1.75 mmol/L.Febrile convulsion happened one time in 25 cases,including 8 cases of low-sodium（32%） and 8 cases of low-calcium（32%）.Febrile convulsion happened more than two times in 13 cases,including 5 cases of low-sodium（38.5%） and 2 cases of low-calcium（15.6%）.There were 24 case with duration of convulsion shorter than 10 min,including 8 cases of low-sodium（33.3%） and 6 cases of low-calcium（25%）.There were 14 case with duration of convulsion longer than 10 min,including 5 cases of low-sodium（35.7%） and 4 cases of low-calcium（28.6%）.Conclusion： Febrile convulsion generally unites to low-sodium and low-calcium,besides more convulsion times or longer duration,the low-sodium is more evidence,and that low-calcium patients are major for the first convulsion patients.So the patients with febrile convulsion should be supplied sodium and calcium properly to prevent reiteration outbreak of convulsion.
