局部加压放大摄影对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨局部加压放大摄影在乳腺X线检查中对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值.方法 回顾分析2006-05-2008-12期间在本院接受乳腺X线检查并对病灶或可疑病灶行常规及局部加压放大摄影检查的36例早期乳腺癌的影像表现,所有病例均经手术、病理证实.对常规及局部加压放大摄影对病灶显示效果进行统计学分析.结果 常规摄影检出16例早期乳腺癌,与病理结果符合率为44.5%,局部加压放大摄影后检出31例早期乳腺癌,与病理结果符合率为86.1%,2组评估结果经统计学处理,χ2 =13.07,P〈0.01,有显著差异性.结论 局部加压放大摄影在乳腺X线检查中能够提高对早期乳腺癌的诊断率.Objective To study the value of amplifieatory mammography with partial compresion in detecting early breast cancer Methods 36 cases with early breast cancer confirmed by operation and pathology were collected during 2006--05-2008--12 in our hospital . All cases underwent mammography including without and with partial compresion. The difference between both mammog- raphy without and with partial compresion were analysed in detecting the lesions with Z2 test. Results 16 cases and 31 cases with early breast cancers were detected by mammography without and with partial compresion respectively , the corresponding rates were 44.5% and 86.1% compared with that of pathology respectively , and there was significant difference between two groups （ x^2= 13.07, P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The diagnosis of early breast cancer can be improved by using mammography with partial compresion compared with without partial compresion.
