摘　　要：作为2010年亚运会的主办城市,广州肩负着向亚洲乃至世界展示我国优秀的传统文化和富有地方特色的岭南文化的重要使命。为此,广州提出以＂世界眼光＂打造和彰显＂文化广州,历史名城;商贸广州,国际都会;活力广州,体育强市;生态广州,花园城市＂的亚运城市形象。As a major practice zone of the urban planning for the Asian Games,the key zones in Guangzhou is planned to be showcases of the image of Asian Games＇ city, leading city development and the overall improvement of city image.This essay will make an introduction of 10 pieces of planning works of key zones regarding urban design and green-way planning,as well as the relevant explorations and innovations by Guangzhou.It not only fulfill the requirements of the 2010 Asian Games but also assist the city development of Guangzhou,which exerts impact on the implementation of city＇s strategic goal and adjustment of city＇s spatial structure.In addition,the essay points out that after the Asian Games we should pay attention to sustainable planning of those key zones to enhance their leading influence in the future.
