摘  要:研究了06Cr15Ni5WMoVNb马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢高温时效α→γ逆转变奥氏体对力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:随时效温度上升逆转变奥氏体增多,致使强度下降,尤其是屈服强度快速下降。630℃时效后奥氏体体积分数达到峰值,对应的强度最低、延伸率和断面收缩率最高。630℃以上时效逆转变奥氏体的稳定性下降,冷却到室温后转变为马氏体,富Cr的M23C6碳化物析出,使最终奥氏体体积分数低于固溶态。The effect on mechanical properties from 06Cr15Ni5WMoVNb martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel high temperature ageing α→γ reversed austenite was discussed.The study shows that with the rise of ageing temperature and the increase of reversed austenite,the strength decreased,especially the yield strength,which declined rapidly.At 630℃ temperature ageing,the austenite volume fraction reached its maximum point,and the corresponding strength was of minimum point.What is more,the elongation and percentage reduction of area were also of the highest point.Above 630℃ temperature ageing,the stability of reversed austenite decreased,and turned into martensite at room temperature.And with the precipitation of Cr-rich carbide M23C6,the volume fraction of austenite was lower than that of solid solution.
