摘  要:用裂解气相色谱法对长链脂肪胺进行了结构鉴定.在高温和磷酸存在下,脂肪胺中的烷基裂解为相应的烯烃,以此可鉴定脂肪胺的烷基链长.过氧化氢可将脂肪叔胺氧化为氧化胺,当氧化胺存在β氢原子时可在250℃断链产生相应的烯烃,以此将叔胺与伯、仲胺区分.本文给出了操作条件和步骤,该方法简便、快速、样品用量少.A pyrolysis gas chromatographic method has been investigated for structuralidentifications of long-chain aliphatic amine .At high temperature and in the presence ofphosphoric acid, the alkyl group is fractured into the corresponding define, accordingto which the alkyl of long-chain aliphatic amine can be identified .The aliphatic tertiaryalone can be oxidized into its N-oxide by hydrogen peroxide. The tertiary amine oxidecontaining β hydrogen atom can be fractured into the corresponding define at 250℃.Thus the tertiary amine may be distinguished from primary and secondary amine. Theoperating conditions and procedures are described. The method is simple as well asrapid and sample size used is small.
