摘　　要：近几年3G技术在中国得到迅猛发展。数据业务是3G技术的重点,必将成为终端用户的重要通信手段。3G业务的发展趋势给移动运营商带来了发展机遇,同时也使得运营商在移动通信终端的管理方面面临更大的挑战。OMA DM就是专门针对移动通信终端管理平台而制定的规范。本文将探讨如何利用现有的技术构建基于OMA DM标准的移动通信终端管理平台,让运营商在移动通信终端的管理方面把握更多机遇。3G technologies in China in recent years have been rapid development.Data service is the focus of technology,and it will become an important means of communication for end users.Development Trend of 3G services has brought opportunities to mobile operators,but also made the mobile communication terminal operators in the management of face greater challenges.OMA DM is designed for the mobile communication terminal management platform and the development of norms.This article will explore how to use existing technology to build standard OMA DM-based mobile communication terminal management platform for operators in the management of mobile communication terminals to grasp more opportunities.
