摘　　要：目的探讨阴部神经痛的有效诊断与治疗方法。方法收集软组织门诊中会阴部疼痛的病案9例，经体检，根据疼痛的部位及性质，皮肤痛觉改变的范围，诊断为阴部神经痛，用强的松龙加局部麻药封闭。结果所有病例皆在封闭后5～10min止痛，5例l周后痊愈，1例经第2次封闭痊愈，1例经第3次封闭后痊愈，2例无效。结论强的松龙加局部麻药封闭治疗阴部神经痛安全有效，值得推广。Objective To explore effective methods for diagnosing and treating pudendal neuralgia. Methods Totally nine patients with soft tissue diseases in our outpatient department were diagnosed as pudendal neuralgia according to locations and characteristics of the pain as well as the changing ranges of the pain perception. Prednisolone plus local anesthetics were injected to all patients based on the knowledge of regional anatomy. Results The pain was disappeared in all cases 5 - 10 minutes post the injection. Five cases recovered one week later, one case recovered through twice injection, and one case recovered post the third injection. Conclusion Treating pudendal neuralgia with local injection of prednisolone and anesthetic is safe and effective and it is worth promoting.
