摘　　要：目的分析规范化管理措施在控制连续性血液净化(Continuous B lood Purification,CBP)患者医院感染方面的效果。方法对38例进行连续性血液净化治疗的患者采取严格的规范化管理措施,进而分析处理后控制患者医院感染的效果。结果本研究通过规范化管理连续性血液净化治疗的各个环节和流程,医院感染发生率为15.79%,治愈率达47.37%,死亡率为7.89%。结论通过规范化管理措施可以有效控制连续性血液净化患者的医院感染。Objective To investigate the effects of standardized management on controlling hospital infections of patients subjected to continuous blood purification（CBP）. Methods Standardized management strategies were adopted for 38 patients who subjected to CBP and their effects on controlling hospital infections were analyzed. Results After adopting standardized management strategies in every steps of CBP, the infection rate was 15.79 % ,curative was 47.37% and mortatity rate was 7.89%. Conclusion Standardized management strategies can effectively control hospital infections of patients subjected to CBP.
