摘  要:以牛羊油半饱和脂肪酸(以下简称半饱和脂肪酸)和二乙醇胺为原料,采用减压蒸馏脱水和酯的胺解二步合成法,合成了半饱和脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺。考察了各个反应参数的影响,结果表明:半饱和脂肪酸和二乙醇胺总摩尔比为1.0∶1.1,第一步酰化反应中两者摩尔比控制为1.0∶0.9,在135℃下反应3.0h;第二步胺解反应时加入剩余的二乙醇胺,在90℃下反应4.0h。胺解时催化剂的用量为半饱和脂肪酸质量的1.5%时,半饱和脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺的产率为89.52%。Semi - saturated fatty acid diethanolamide was prepared by two step reactions of semi - saturated fatty acid and diethanolamide, using vacuum distillation dehydration and ester aminolysis. Effects of various reaction parameters were investigated. The optical conditions are obtained as follow as, the total mole ratio of semi - saturated fatty acid to diethanolamine is 1.0: 1.1. In the first step acylation reaction, mole ratio of semi - saturated fatty acid to diethanolamine is controlled at 1.0: 0.9. The time of 3. Oh is essential to this reaction at 135 ℃. In the second step aminolysis reaction, the remaining amount of diethanolamine is added and the reaction temperation is at 90℃ for 4. Oh, and the process is carried out in the presence of catalyst in a mass fraction of 1.5% semi -saturated fatty acid. Under the above conditions, the yield of semi -saturated fatty acid diethanolamide is 89.52%.
