摘　　要：涤纶强捻仿真织物染整缩率大，织厂要注意边组织设计，以防后道工序破边；为获得良好的起绉风格、手感和悬垂性，定捻温度应尽可能降低，采用常压松式低温精练松弛和碱减量处理，同时升降温速度应缓慢，严格控制（预）定形温度、车速、门幅、超喂量，选用亲水性、热稳定性好的柔软剂和润滑剂，及时脱水和烘燥。这是涤纶强捻织物生产中应引起重视的技术关键。The weaving mill should highlight the design of selvage weave of hard_twisted polyester silk_like fabric prone to big shrinkage of dyeing and finishing so as to prevent selvage from breaking in its post processing stagesIn order to achieve desirable crepe style,hand touch and drapability,it is necessary to lower the twist_setting temperature as far as possible,and adopt atmospheric,tensionless and low_temperature scouring and alkali deweighting Meanwhile,temperature should rise or drop slowly,with pre_setting temperature,machine speed,width and overfeed under strict control In addition,it is imperative to select softeners and lubricants with good hydrophility and thermal stability,and employ prompt hydro_extracting and drying in the processing of the fabric
