钛缆牵张在外伤后颈椎后凸型颈性眩晕中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用钛缆治疗颈椎后凸型颈性眩晕的方法和疗效。方法自2002-02-2008-10,经颈后侧入路采用钛缆牵张小切口治疗外伤性颈椎后凸型颈性眩晕11例。结果随访时间4～18个月,平均8个月,术后无感染发生、颈椎校正曲度丢失少,1例加用颈椎前路减压内固定术治疗。按于泽生等方法判定手术缓解交感神经症状疗效,优8例,良2例,差1例。结论钛缆牵张固定术治疗颈椎后凸型颈性眩晕,具有手术时间短、术中出血少、术后曲度丢失少等特点,是一种操作简便、损伤小的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the method and effect of titanium cable system to be used as a treatment alternative for traumatic cervical vertigo with cervical kyphosis.Methods From February 2002~October 2008,11 cases of traumatic cervical vertigo with cervical kyphosis were treated by titanium cable stretch minimally invasive on cervical posterior approach.Results The 11 patients were followed up for 4 to 18（average,8）months,no postoperative infection,cervical flexion-degree correction loss of small,one cases of anterior cervical decompression was added fixation.By Yu-Zhe sheng and other methods to determine efficacy of surgery to alleviate symptoms of sympathetic excel-lent in 8 cases,good in 2 and poor in 1.Conclusion Stretch titanium cable fixation with shorter operative time,blood loss,less postoperative flexion characteristics of a small degree of loss is a simple,minimally invasive treatment of small injuries for traumatic cervical vertigo with cervical kyphosis.
