摘 要:以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料在片状铝粉表面包覆SiO_2,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对包覆的铝粉进行表征,并研究了包覆铝粉对锌铝混合粉的析氢行为的影响.结果表明:SiO_2包覆铝粉后可以有效地抑制锌铝混合粉的析氢,包覆工艺最佳水硅比为10:1;SiO_2膜与Al粉间存在Si-O-Al的化学键作用.In order to inhibit the hydrogen evolution of powder mixture of Zn and Al in waterborne environment due to galvanic corrosion,in this paper,the flake Al powder was coated by SiO_2 to decrease the contact possibilty of Al particles with Zn particles,so that to suppress the galvanic corrosion between them.SEM and XPS were used to characterize the SiO_2 coated Al powder.The hydrogen evolution of the powder mixture of SiO_2 coated Al and Zn was investigated.The results showed that hydrogen evolution of the mixture of flake Zn and Al powder was efficiently inhibited by replacing Al by SiO_2 coated Al,the optimum n(H_2O)/n(SiO_2) was 10 for preparation of the SiO_2 coated Al.There existed chemical bond of Al-O-Si between Al surface and SiO_2 film.
