多层螺旋CT容积再现技术在腰椎小关节形态学研究中的应用

摘　　要：目的：显示腰椎小关节三维立体结构,确定其正常形态。方法：对60例正常人腰椎行多层螺旋CT扫描,对诸节段小关节分别进行容积再现技术（volume rendering technique,VRT）重组。结果：腰1/2~腰4/5节段小关节突面男性为椭圆形,女性为椭圆形或长方形,关节面均为曲面。腰5/骶1节段小关节突面男女趋于圆形或正方形,关节面为直面。结论：VRT图像可以清晰显示腰椎小关节突的三维解剖学形态,其形态多种多样,但有其标准形态。Objective：To display the three-dimensional morphology of the lumbar facet joint and to identify their normal shapes.Methods：Three-dimensional reconstruction with volume rendering technique on the workstation of the lumbar facet joint in 60 normal specimens was conducted using spiral CT scanning.Results：The shapes of L 1/2～4/5 facet joint were ellipse in male and ellipse or rectangle in female,and their surfaces were crooked.The shapes of L 5/S1 facet joint tended to be roundness or square in both male and female,and their surfaces were straight.Conclusion：The three-dimensional structure of the lumbar facet joint could be clearly displayed on 3D images.The shapes of lumbar facet joints are dissimilarity frequently,nevertheless,they have standard shapes.
