拟生育夫妇使用《孕前危险因素自查表》情况分析

摘　　要：目的:了解拟生育夫妇主要孕前风险因素,探索开展孕前保健工作重点。方法:使用自行研制的《孕前危险因素自查表》,对江苏省溧阳市拟生育夫妇进行孕前风险因素调查,采用SPSS13.0进行结果统计分析。结果:获得1824对夫妇有效自查表3648份。调查对象存在的主要危险因素为缺少必要的孕前健康体格检查和饮食结构不合理。1年以上未参加体格检查或异常者占73.1%(女性)和68.4%(男性);96.0%无相关遗传或出生缺陷疾病;62.9%的女性和72.6%的男性食物搭配不合理,缺少有益于妊娠的营养元素。结论:加强孕前健康保健的宣传和教育,使拟生育夫妇有计划开始妊娠。《孕前危险因素自查表》是一种较好的、方便、可及的健康教育指导方法,可做为孕前保健的基础服务手段。Objective：To explore the focus of preconceptional health care by finding out the key risks among the preconceptional couples.Methods：Random sampling and a preconceptional risks questionnaire were used.Results：A total of 1 824 couples were interviewed with the questionnaire about their health,familial diseases,nutrition situation and living environment.About 73.1%（female）and 68.4%（male）of them had not been health care at least for one year.More than 96.0% of the couples were free from familial diseases.Nutrition problems might exist in 62.9% of the female and 72.6% of the male.Conclusion：It is necessary to emphasize the importance of preconceptional care.The ＂preconceptional risks questionnaire＂ is a quite good method to introduce the concept to the public and can be used as a means to promote the preconceptional care.
