摘　　要：目的:了解计划生育干预服务对提高外来务工女性避孕知识水平及避孕措施落实率,减少人工流产率的可行性。方法:选择上海市嘉定区两个外来人口集居公寓内育龄妇女为研究对象,采用整群随机方法抽取干预组和对照组各一个。根据基线调查情况对干预组实施针对性干预,干预2年后对同一人群再次相同问卷调查,比较两组效果。结果:干预组干预后掌握避孕节育知识的合格率提高35.90%,每次性生活避孕措施落实率提高39.60%,人工流产率下降6.60%。结论:在外来人口集中地设立避孕节育服务站;妇女保健机构发挥培训、业务指导优势,开展多种形式的生殖健康宣传教育;同伴教育、区分不同人群对象开展针对性指导等干预措施可以有效提高外来务工女性避孕节育知识。Objective：To explore the effect of the family planning intervention for migrant women on their contraceptive knowledge and contraceptive practice.Methods：Migrant women,living in two communities where migrant population was gathered,were recruited in Jiading District,Shanghai.Methods：A randomized cluster sampling method was used to assign the intervention and control groups.The family planning intervention was implemented in the intervention group based on the baseline survey.After two years of intervention,the investigation was carried out again using the same questionnaire as the baseline survey among all the participants.Results：After the intervention,compared with the baseline survey,the contraceptive knowledge of migrant women in the intervention group increased 35.9%.The utilization of contraceptive methods increased 39.6%,and the rate of abortion reduced 6.60% in the intervention group in comparison with the baseline survey.Conclusion：The integrated intervention approach is proved to be effective to improve the knowledge of migrant women,including establishment of family planning service stations in the areas where migrant population gathered,the varieties of advocacy and health education on reproduction knowledge by women healthcare institutes,peer education,and specific instruction for different groups.
