摘　　要：目的:建立一种新型胶体金免疫层析试纸条,用于同时检测优生4项IgM抗体。方法:选择与制备、检测胶体金免疫层析条有关的6个因素进行优化,根据优化结果,制备出同时检测优生4项IgM抗体的免疫层析试纸条。结果:同时检测层析条与酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测阴性和阳性血清标本结果对比,发现巨细胞病毒IgM抗体(CMV-IgM)、风疹病毒IgM抗体(RV-IgM)、弓形虫IgM抗体(TOX-IgM)、单纯疱疹病毒IgM抗体(HSV-II-IgM)的总符合率分别为97.9%、100%、100%、100%。结论:4项IgM抗体同时检测层析条具有特异、稳定、操作简便、结果显示直观的优点,有广泛的应用价值。Objective：To develop a novel colloidal gold immunochromatographic strip for simultaneously detection of TORCH IgM antibodies.Methods：Six factors relevant to preparation and detection of a colloidal gold immunochromatographic strip were selected and optimization experiments were conducted.Then an immunochromatographic strip for simultaneously detection of TORCH IgM antibodies was developed under the optimized conditions.Results：The negative and positive serum samples were detected with immunochromatographic strips and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay simultaneously.The total coincidence rate of the two methods in CMV IgM was 97.9%,and those in RV IgM,Tox IgM,HSV-II IgM indicators were all 100%.Conclusion：The immunochromatographic strip for TORCH simultaneously detection has advantages of high specificity,stability,easy operation and direct-viewing results.So it should be widely used.
