摘 要:本文采用两步法处理高浓度的含酚废水,首先用金属离子沉淀酚类化合物,通过比较多种金属离子的沉淀效果,发现B铲”离子处理的效果最好,经Ba(2+)离子处理后,酚含量去除率约85%,使高含量甲基酚废水变为低含量甲基酚废水,然后再用H-107吸附树脂处理,发现通过44BV的经沉淀的废水后才出现酚泄漏现象。本文详细报道了上述两步法处理含酚废水的过程。In the production process of 2,6-ditertiary-butyl-p-cresol,th cresol-bearing wastewater,in which the cresol concentration can reach thousands of ppm, was produced. Serious pollution to headwaiers and farmland would be created if such water was drained to the environment. Nowadays the purification of this cresol-bearing wastewater is a difficult task worldwide. In this paper, a two-step purification method was reported. First, metal ions were used to precipitate cresol compounds, then the remaining cresol compounds were removed by adsorption resin. It is found that the Ba2+ was the best ion to precipitate cresol compounds by comparing the efficiency of several kinds of metal ions, and the cresol content was reduced by 85% in the first step. In the second step, the leakage phenomenon of cresol has not been found until the volume of the wastewater passed through the resin is 44 times as much as that of the resin. The two^step purification process was reported in greater detail in this paper.
