摘　　要：以天然钙质膨润土为原料，将膨润上原矿脱除杂质制成膨润土悬浮液，然后以无水碳酸钠和十八烷基三甲基氯化铵为活性剂进行钠化，季胺盐活性阳离子表面活化及粉磨等工序，制取了有机膨润土。探索了适宜的活化工艺，所得产物在有机溶剂中可膨胀20－25倍，粘度达0．9Pa．s以上，质量合乎部颁标准。The ionizing and activating process of calcic bentonite was investigated under variouscondition. A kind of organized bentonite was prepared by purifying natural calcic bentonite andmaking a suspension of bentonite, then ionizing in the suspension with anhydrous sodiumcarbonate and activating the resulting sodium bentonite with Stearl trimethyl amonium chloride.The bentone produced by the process can expand as 20～25 times as its original volume afterdispersing in organic solvents such as benzol and carbon tetrachloride.
