摘　　要：介绍了HydroCOM4.0气量无级调节系统的原理、应用方案及对加氢裂化装置的影响。结果表明:该系统操作简单,机组运行平稳,节能效果明显,增强了活塞式压缩机的生产能力,提高了机械效率,节约了电耗。The application of HydroCOM4.0 in infinitely variable control of hydrogen flowrate of make-up hydrogen compressor in hydrocracking unit was introduced.The operation results indicate that the system is easy in operation,the compressor train operation is stable and energy consumption is greatly reduced.The operating capacity of piston compressor is increased,the mechanical efficiency is improved and electric power requirement is saved.
