摘 要:超导限流器技术能实现低损耗通流和高效率限流,是一种非常好的短路电流限制手段。云南电网公司、北京云电英纳公司研制成功的35 kV超导限流器,是目前世界上电压等级最高的,已在云南普吉变电站并网运行,并在2009年7月通过了实际电网的三相短路试验。介绍了该次三相短路试验中,与35 kV SIC-SFCL的限流效果相关的试验结果与分析。当金属短路电流在7.0 kA时,经SFCL限流后短路电流为5.59~5.93 kA,限流百分比平均值为82%;当短路电流为21.37 kA时,经SFCL限流后短路电流为14.66 kA,限流百分比为68%。分析显示,SIC-SFCL理论的限流百分比与试验限流结果符合性很好,验证了限流设计方法的正确性。SFCL is one of the first-rate means for fault current limitation in the power grid due to its characteristics of normal current passing with low ullage,but fault current limiting effectively.35 kV SFCL,developed by Yunnan Power Grid and its collaborator,in the highest voltage level worldwide and being operated at Puji Substation,Kunming,Yunnan,passed a series of manmade three-phase grid short-circuit tests in July,2009.This paper introduces the results and analysis of that tests in correlation with limitation effect.A mean limitation percent of 82% came from 3 times of tests,in which the currents of metal short circuit are the same as 7.0 kA,and the currents are 5.59~5.93 kA after SFCL;a limitation percent of 68% occurred in the case where the current of metal short circuit is 21.37 kA,and the current is 14.66 kA after SFCL.The analysis shows that the experiment results are in good agreement with the values of limitation percentage from SIC-SFCL theory,and thus the design of 35 kV SFCL is correct.
