浅析广西配电网自动化通信协议

摘　　要：南方电网先后颁布了基于IEC 60870-5-101规约和IEC 60870-5-104规约的实施细则。本文研究了基于南方电网实施细则的配电网自动化通信协议在广西电网的应用情况,广西配网自动化通信规约作了不同的调整,包括增加了101规约的平衡传输方式,对不同通信介质做了相应的规定,取消了单字符E5,链路确认及报文确认帧均采用固定帧长格式等等。还对通信规约的结构和通信过程作了阐述。China Southern Power Gird promulgated successively implementing regulations about protocol based on IEC 60870-5-101 and IEC 60870-5-104.This paper studies application situation of distribution network automation communication protocols in Guangxi Power Grid,based on China Southern Power Gird implementing regulations.The communication protocols have been adjusted in several aspects,including increasing balance transmission mode with 101 protocol,making some relevant stipulations with different communication medium,canceling single byte E5,adopting fixed frame with link and message confirmation and so on.Furthermore,the structure of communication protocols and communication process are described in this paper.
