摘  要:以SrFe0.9Sn0.1O3–δ为电阻相,BaBiO3为烧结助剂,在氧化铝基板上涂刷成膜,并采用固相法制备了NTC厚膜热敏电阻(NTCR)。借助XRD、SEM、阻温特性测试仪,研究了添加不同量BaBiO3样品的相组成、微观结构以及电性能。结果表明:所得NTC厚膜电阻呈明显的NTC热敏特性,且主要组成物相为钙钛矿结构的SrFe0.9Sn0.1O3–δ;厚膜表面颗粒均匀细小,尺寸在2~3μm范围内;随着BaBiO3含量的增加,其室温电阻R25从初始的4 000 k?降至372 k?,对应的B25/85值从4 378 K逐渐降低为3 113 K。The NTC thick film thermistors based on SrFe0.9Sn0.1O3–δ with different added amount of BaBiO3,were prepared by brushing on alumina substrate and then fabricated by solid-state method.Their phase composition,microstructure and electrical properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and resistance-temperature character tester.The results indicate that obtained thick film thermistor shows sharp NTC characteristics,and the main phase of them is composed of perovskite-type SrFe0.9Sn0.1O3–δ.The surface of thick film thermistors is homogeneously distributed by small-size grains in the range of 2~3 μm.In addition,with the increase of BaBiO3 content,their value of R25 decreases from initial 4 000 kΩ to 372 kΩ and B25/85 value gradually drops from 4 378 K to 3 113 K.
