摘 要:提出一种使用循环伏安(CV)扫描电位下的电致化学发光(ECL)研究方法,在自制的仪器系统上同时进行i-E和I-E测量,获得对应的CV和电位分辨的电致化学发光(PRECL)曲线。首先发现碱性鲁米诺体系在玻碳电极(GCE)上呈现2个阳极发光峰(在0.32V、0.39Vvs.Ag)和1个阴极发光峰(在—0.62V),在P_t电极上呈现2个阳极发光峰(在0.49V、0.75V)。结合CV、一阶微分伏安、Cl^-离子影响等分析,作者提出了5通道PRECL机理假设:(1)鲁米诺在GCE上氧化发光;(2)H_2O_2促进鲁米诺在GCE电极上氧化发光;(3)O_2在GCE上阴极发生的H_2O_2氧化鲁米诺发光;(4)P_t电极上电生的P_tO氧化鲁米诺发光;(5)P_t电极上电生的[O]氧化鲁米诺发光。Potential-resolved electrochemiluminescence( PRECL) of luminol is observed at glassy carbon (GC) and platinum electrode under conventional cyclic voltammetric (CV) conditions. At a home-builit instrument CV i-E and PRECL I-E curves were recorded simultaneously. Two anodic PRECL peaks at 0.32 and 0.39 V (vs. Ag) and one cathodic PRECL peak at -0.62 V were observed at GCE. Two anodic PRECL peaks at 0.47 and 0.67 V were observed at Pt electrode. In comparison with the CVs and differential voltammograms of the system, a five-channel PRECL mechanism is proposed: (1) direct electrode oxidation of luminol at (GCE), (2) H2O2 assisted luminol oxidation at GCE, (3) luminol is oxidized by H2O2 cathodically generated from O2 at GCE, (4) luminol is oxidized by electrogenerated PtO at Pt electrode, (5) luminol is oxidized by electrogenerated [O] at Pt electrode.
